Abstract: Understanding the Interaction and subjectivity dynamics between educators and educatees in ideological and political
education in universities and the laws of subjectivity is an important channel and means for enhancing the pertinence, effectiveness, and
infectiousness of ideological and political education in universities. In the new era, the ideological and political education work in
universities is facing a series of risks, challenges, and educational bottlenecks. Launching the project to improve the quality of
ideological and political education in universities, elevating the subject status of educational objects, enhancing the scientific
interpretation of the developmental needs and subject abilities of educational objects, can help deepen educational understanding, and
scientifically promote the development of education work towards a more scientific, professional, and efficient direction. Therefore, this
study attempts to explore the effectiveness of the participation of educators and learners by starting from the relationship between
educators and learners, and systematically analyze the characteristics, practical obstacles, and improvement strategies of the relationship
in the process of education and teaching. It is expected to help learners form correct learning and value systems based on their needs.
